1. Introduction
This website is operated by Qtime Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By visiting our site and/or purchasing a Tweeet product, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

3. Pricing and Payment
Price Transparency: All prices shown include VAT (where applicable).
No Hidden Fees: In accordance with the DMCC Act 2024, the total price shown at the start of the checkout process includes all mandatory fees and standard delivery charges.
Contract Formation: Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is only formed when we send you a Dispatch Confirmation email.
4. Delivery Policy
Standard Delivery: We aim to deliver within 2-3 working days for UK orders.
International Shipping: Delivery times vary by zone (e.g., 3–10 days for Ireland/EU). Any local customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
Delays: If delivery is delayed beyond 30 days, you have the right to cancel for a full refund.
5. Returns and Right to Cancel (Cooling-off Period)
14-Day Right to Cancel: As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Notification: You must inform us of your decision to cancel via email or our contact form.
Return Shipping: Unless the product is faulty, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
Condition: Items must be returned in their original packaging and in a “resalable” condition. We may make a deduction if the value of the goods has been reduced by unnecessary handling.
6. Warranty and Faulty Goods (Consumer Rights Act 2015)
30-Day Right to Reject: If your Tweeet caller is faulty or not as described, you have a short-term right to a full refund within 30 days.
Repair or Replacement: Between 30 days and 6 months, we have one opportunity to repair or replace a faulty unit before a refund is issued. Between 6 and 12 months we will repair or replace a faulty unit if possible. Qtime Ltd shall not be liable under this warranty if the supplied products have not been used subject to supplied instructions or any fault is due to negligent handling and use.
7. Reviews and Authenticity
To comply with UK law, we only publish genuine reviews from verified purchasers. We do not offer incentives for positive reviews.
8. The Customer agrees that Qtime Ltd may include the Customer’s (where a Customer is not an individual acting for purposes that are wholly or mainly outside their trade, business, craft, or profession) name and/or logo in its list of customers, marketing materials, and social media for general promotional purposes. This right may be revoked by the Customer at any time by providing written notice to info@tweeetbird.com.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
